Fantastic Furlong

Senior Colleen Furlong scored 17 of her game-high 25 points in the first half to lead Londonderry to a 58-52 win over Salem on Friday in both team’s regular-season finale. The Western New England commit drilled four 3s in the winning effort, as the Lancers will play rival Pinkerton in the first round of the upcoming tournament.

“She is legit!” said Salem coach Ricky Oliver of Furlong. “That girl Colleen Furlong is legit.”

Joey DaSilva scored 22 points, with 5 3 -pointers, Westin Lippold added 13 points and Matt Logue 10 for Windham in a 53-42 win over Timberlane last Thursday. Riley Desmarais led the Jaguars (8-7) defensively, and Luke Schramm hauled in 10 boards.


Langlois nets 3

Tommy Langlois had a hat trick and Aiden Gravell also scored as Windham defeated Bow 4-1 last Wednesday. The Jaguars improved to 10-7 in New Hampshire.


Drouin nets ‘trick’

Mason Drouin scored a hat trick and Pinkerton overcame a 1-0 deficit by scoring all four goals in the third period in a 4-1 victory over Londonderry last Wednesday.


DaSilva, Jags hang on

Joey DaSilva finished with a team-high 19 points, and Windham hit some big free throws down the stretch to hold on for a much-needed 51-48 win over Concord last Tuesday.


Astros pull away

Sofia Riccio scored 14 points and Avah Ingalls added 13 as Pinkerton’s girls (12-6) pulled away in the second half for a 45-31 victory on Friday.
