LONDONDERRY — It's all about wellness and making people feel good without invasive methods of traditional medicine.
Re-Gain Health is now open at 1 Nashua Road, Unit 21. The business and the Greater Derry Chamber of Commerce celebrated with a ribbon-cutting on July 11.
Re-Gain Health is a practice that is dedicated to making clients feel their best, according to owner/practitioner Elizabeth Gillis.
She said it's all about treating the whole person and tuning in to what the body is saying.
Gillis said her practice uses a "whole healthcare" system that draws on many methods of treating patients, from modern to ancient, Chinese and Western treatments to help address symptoms and find ways for healing and good health.
It's also key to address the underlying factors that are impacting someone's life, not just diagnose to treat symptoms — a unique approach not always seen in traditional healthcare practices.
"We are a little bit different," Gillis said at the ribbon-cutting event. "We treat the whole person, we bring in a lot of ancient methods, tried and true for a long, long time. We are asking the body what it wants."
Gillis added she identifies what a person needs, customizing each plan for each person.
Re-Gain Health offers support for chronic health issues, fatigue, physical and emotional pain, stress, personal growth and development, poor immunity and preventative healthcare.
