Tax forms available
The Leach Library has tax forms for the 2020 tax year now available for no-contact pickup. Forms 1040 and 1040-SR along with instruction booklets are available on a first come, first served basis. The library's reference staff can also make photocopies of forms by appointment and print other tax forms upon request. Call the library to schedule a pickup time at 603-432-1121 during drive-thru hours, Monday through Friday, 10 a.m. to 6 pm. and Saturday, 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.
Supervisors to meet
The Supervisors of the Voter Checklist will meet at the town clerk’s office on Feb. 27, from 10 to 11:30 a.m. to correct the checklist and register voters. To register, one must provide proof of Londonderry residency, proof of citizenship, proof of age and a photo ID. Applicants who have this information should bring that proof when they come to register. Qualified applicants who do not have the proper proof can register if they sign an affidavit attesting to their qualifications for age, identity, domicile and citizenship.
Arts Cafe goes virtual
The Londonderry Arts Council and its seventh annual Arts Cafe will have a new look this winter, going online through the month of February and featuring a collection of artists with their artwork and musical talents on display.
The “Arts Cafe 2021” web page is at londonderryartscouncil.org/arts-cafe-2021.
People who want to tune in can scroll the site to discover musicians and artists then click on their links to learn more about their music and other artistic talents. Purchases can also be made through the online site.
Featured artists this year are Susan Hanna, Maureen Rose, Karyn Dickson, Virginia Demers, Ingeborg Seaboyer, Babara Scott, and Ku-chuan Hsiao. Musicians included are Greg Descoteaux and Dan Sirois (The Last Duo), Danielle Lussier, and Derek and Heather Trenholm (Girl Meets Boy).
