LONDONDERRY — The town's competitive jump rope team is turning in some high scores with their rope routines and talents.

The L-Town Turners competed in June at the USAJR Nationals competition in Lake Buena Vista, Florida, held at the ESPN Wide World of Sports Arena.

Two team members made the trip, Rylee Dolliver, an eighth-grader at Londonderry Middle School, and Isabel Schickler, a ninth-grader at Londonderry High School.

Six other team members had qualified in a variety of events including Killian Daron, Emma Leonard, Isley Morrison and Jade Lang.

The competition included 46 teams from 21 states participating in the national event, totaling more than 490 jumpers.

L-Town Turners are now nationally ranked with Rylee placing 10th in the Individual Freestyle. Isabel and Rylee's Pairs Freestyle routine took 14th place. Both jumpers also competed in a double dutch routine, placing in the top 20.

Christina Baez is L-Town Turners head coach.
