LONDONDERRY — Local veterans had their day.
This year, the town honored its veterans on Nov. 8 with a full day of special activities and remembrances.
The day began with the annual veterans breakfast at Londonderry High School, hosted by the school's Pay It Forward Club.
The morning included food, gifts, music and special tributes.
Following the breakfast, the town hosted its annual parade, beginning at the high school and marching down Mammoth Road to the Town Common for traditional Veterans Day speeches and services.
American Legion members celebrated the 25th anniversary of being in their post home on Sargent Road later in the day.
