Pinkerton hosts Catwalk for a Cause

DERRY — Pinkerton Academy's Astros United is planning the third annual Catwalk for a Cause event, set for Friday, March 29, at 7 p.m. at the Stockbridge Theatre on the Pinkerton campus.

The event and its proceeds will benefit Center for Life Management, providing mental health services for adults, children and families in the Greater Derry and surrounding communities.

In the past two years, the Catwalk for a Cause has raised more than $4,000 to support this effort for mental health awareness.

The fashion show will feature students and staff taking to the catwalk to show off fashions from local stores and larger retail chains. Anyone can support this event through donations, raffles, or by attending. A donation of $10 will be accepted at the door on show night. For information on ways to help, contact Astros United advisor Joe Mancinelli at 339-0202.
