DERRY — A two-alarm fire at an apartment building displaced several residents.

On Nov. 11 at approximately 6:56 p.m., fire officials were called for a stovetop fire at 24 Crescent St., according to a statement from the department.

Derry Engines 1, 3, 2, Ladder 4, Medic 1 and Car 1 were simultaneously dispatched. Engine 1 arrived on scene and reported heavy fire from the third floor of the building.

Crews arrived to find heavy fire on the third floor.

The response included support from Londonderry, Windham, Hudson, Manchester, Chester, Auburn and Salem.

No firefighters or civilians were injured, according to the statement.

The Derry Fire Investigation Bureau is investigating the cause of the fire.

Several apartments were left uninhabitable.

The Derry Fire Department was also assisted on scene by Derry police, the Derry Community Emergency Response Team and Eversource Energy.
