LONDONDERRY — Police arrested Richard Gale of Derry Wednesday after a nearly year-long investigation into his access to child pornography, according to statement from the Londonderry Police Department.
Gale is charged with three felony counts of possessing of child pornography and one felony count of distributing of child pornography.
Last May, the Londonderry Police Department received a tip from from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children, according police.
With help from the New Hampshire Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force (ICAC) and the Department of Homeland Security, Gale was ultimately arrested by Londonderry Police for the crimes.
Gale was a resident of Londonderry at the time of the incident and during the time of the investigation, police officials said.
He is scheduled to appear in Rockingham County Superior Court on May 3.
