DERRY — Pinkerton Academy announces the trustees who will represent the town of Candia.

The Board of Trustees Executive Committee has worked diligently with a number of candidates to select Dr. Sandra Truebe and Mr. Mark Laliberte as the newest trustees. With this announcement, Pinkerton formally welcomes the Candia community into its group of sending districts.

“The process has been enjoyable and revealing,” said Dr. Timothy Butterfield, president of the Board of Trustees. “We’ve learned a great deal about Candia and greatly appreciate its addition to our sending districts.”

Dr. Sandra Truebe is a long-time primary care pediatrician in the southern New Hampshire region, having worked at Doctors Park Pediatrics in Manchester since 2003. In addition to her years of service to the community, Truebe has received numerous awards in her career, including being named to the Elliot Physician Network’s Dean’s List in 2006.assistant students.

Mark Laliberte is currently a Business Resource Specialist with the New Hampshire Department of Business and Economic Affairs, helping to promote the growth of industry in our state. Prior to beginning his current position in 2016, Laliberte built an impressive career working in local politics, having been a public policy advisor for Mayor Frank Guinta and a speech/correspondence writer for former governor Craig Benson. Laliberte has a long list of civic involvements and honors as well, and currently serves on the Candia Board of Selectmen and the Candia Conservation Commission.
