Spectrum Gymnasts representing Levels 4-8, Xcel Platinum and Gold recently traveled to Granite State Gymnastics in Bow, to kick off their 2012-2013 competition season at a local qualifying meet.
The results were as follows.
Level 4
Marissa McKay of Londonderry: first on bars, beam, vault, floor and All-Around; Reyanna Broadhurst of Londonderry: third on bars; Janiah Bergendahl of Londonderry: third on floor; Kaitlyn Severance of Derry: second on bars, beam, vault, floor and All-Around; Reese Fletcher of Derry: second on bars and vault, third All-Around. Jillian Severance of Derry, Alanna Murphy of Goffstown, and Nicole Stone, Quinn Brown and Maeve Ryan of Londonderry also performed well.
Level 5
Sophie Hagymas of Londonderry: second on floor and vault; Aislinn Milner of Windham: fourth All-Around. Lily Tharrington of Londonderry, Aisling Macaraeg of Hudson, Lily Fifield of Deerfield and Madison Pomeroy of Derry also performed well.
Level 6
Ashley Griffin of Londonderry: second on bars and fourth All-Around; Skyler Endyke of Londonderry: second on vault; Kathryn Boone of Windham: first on beam. Teghan Coyle of New Boston, Madolyn Croteau of Londonderry and Chloe Abreu of Derry also performed well.
Level 7
Julia Delisle of New Boston: third on bars, beam and vault, fourth All-Around.
Level 8
Christina Marra of Litchfield: second on bars, third on beam and vault, fourth All-Around; Taylor MacKenzie of Londonderry: first on vault, third on bars, beam, floor and All-Around.
Xcel Platinum
Allison Yennaco of Londonderry: first All-Around.
Xcel Gold
Heather Mason: first on beam and fifth All-Around. Skylar Roy of Londonderry, Kelsey Allen of Derry and Katelynn Flight of Auburn also performed well.
