Lacrosse game to benefit HEADstrong May 13
LONDONDERRY — The second annual HEADstrong lacrosse game between the Londonderry and Andover boys lacrosse teams will be played Monday, May 13, at 4:30 p.m. in Londonderry.
The lacrosse programs of Londonderry and Andover have organized the benefit game to raise awareness for the HEADstrong Foundation. A donation to the HEADstrong Foundation will be made from the teams.
The HEADstrong Foundation’s mission is to carry on the legacy and vision of HEADstrong founder Nicholas Colleluori through advocating, fundraising and supporting those affected by blood cancer and those working toward eliminating it.
The Londonderry team is looking forward to the HEADstrong game on May 13. The LHS players can be seen at school and on the field wearing neon green HEADstrong shirts.
