The Best Buddies NH Tennis Challenge, held in Derry, Londonderry, Hooksett and Manchester July 26-29, was a smash.
High school students took the lead and spent months organizing, soliciting donations ans promoting the event.
Best Buddies is an international organization founded by Anthony Shriver, dedicated to establishing opportunities for one-to-one friendships, integrated employment and leadership development for people with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
Best Buddies in New Hampshire has college and high school chapters, which are working to establish a New Hampshire state office in order to help expand programs to better serve communities. Visit bestbuddies.org/newhampshire to find our more or get involved.
