Jessica Cote has been a strong leader for the Astros all season and helped them go 2–0 one week with wins over Memorial and Exeter. Her consistency and leadership do not always show up on the stat sheet, but it is a big part of what has gotten the team ready for a playoff run.

Owen Clark finished 20th with a 17:08 at the Catholic Memorial Invitational. That helped the Astros to a fourth-place finish at the meet and had the team in good position going into the Division 1 state meet.

Courtney Guay had a breakthrough season this year, improving by over a minute on many of the courses. She has been the solid second runner on the team for most of the season. Much improved summer running, her work ethic and very positive outlook helped fuel her improvement this season. She should develop into one of the top 15 runners in the division.
