NEGTC boys boast three state champs

---- — New England Gymnastics Training Center of Hudson competed at the New Hampshire Men’s Gymnastics State Championships in Brentwood March 17. The Levels 4, 5, 6, 7, 8 and 10 teams competed with athletes from nine gyms from across New Hampshire.

Nathan Gordon, James Wallace and Andrew Sevigny took first and are state champions in their division.

Level 4, 6-year-olds

Nathan Gordon, state champion, placed first All Around with a score of 63.5. He received 10.6 on floor, 10.6 on pommel, 11.5 on rings, 9.2 on vault, 10.5 on parallel bars and 11.1 on high bar.

Jacob Laher placed fourth All Around with a score of 58.2. He received 9.7 on floor, 9.2 on pommel, 10.2 on rings, 9.0 on vault, 9.6 on parallel bars and 10.5 on high bar.

Jake Hannes placed eighth All Around with a score of 51.6. He received 8.3 on floor, 7.8 on pommel, 9.4 on rings, 8.5 on vault, 8.9 on parallel bars and 8.7 on high bar.

Level 4, 7- and 8-year-olds

Jordan Kyle placed fourth All Around with a score of 58.6. He received 9.2 on floor, 9.5 on pommel, 11.0 on rings, 8.4 on vault, 9.5 on parallel bars and 11.0 on high bar.

Jeffery Vaz placed sixth All Around with a score of 54.5. He received 8.5 on floor, 9.6 on pommel, 9.4 on rings, 8.7 on vault, 9.3 on parallel bars and 9.0 on high bar.

Nick Pennucci placed eighth All Around with a score of 53.3. He received 8.6 on floor, 7.9 on pommel, 9.8 on rings, 8.8 on vault, 8.7 on parallel bars and 9.5 on high bar.

Level 4, 9- and 10-year-olds

Carter Sylvester placed second All Around with a score of 54.3. He received 9.3 on floor, 8.3 on pommel, 9.0 on rings, 9.1 on vault, 8.2 on parallel bars and 10.4 on high bar.

Malcolm Yang placed third All Around with a score of 51.9. He received 8.8 on floor, 6.6 on pommel, 9.1 on rings, 9.1 on vault, 9.2 on parallel bars and 9.1 on high bar.

Level 4, 11-year-olds

Cole Tridenti placed third All Around with a score of 54.7. He received 9.6 on floor, 8.9 on pommel, 9.4 on rings, 8.1 on vault, 9.0 on parallel bars and 9.7 on high bar.

Robert Cariello placed fourth All Around with a score of 49.1. He received 8.7 on Floor Exercise, 7.4 on Pommel, 8.8 on rings, 7.5 on vault, 8.0 on parallel bars and 8.7 on high bar.

Level 5, 7- and 8-year-olds

Ty Baker placed fourth All Around with a score of 56.3. He received 9.8 on floor, 9.7 on pommel, 9.5 on rings, 8.7 on vault, 9.2 on parallel bars and 9.4 on high bar.

Camdem Veino placed 10th All Around with a score of 49.4. He received 7.0 on floor, 7.0 on pommel, 9.2 on rings, 8.8 on vault, 8.2 on parallel bars and 9.2 on high bar.

Level 5, 9- and 10-year-olds

Aiden Auretto placed fourth All Around with a score of 54.7. He received 9.7 on floor, 10.5 on pommel, 9.5 on rings, 8.3 on vault, 7.6 on parallel bars and 9.1 on high bar.

Cyrus LaPlanta placed seventh All Around with a score of 48.2. He received 7.1 on floor, 7.7 on pommel, 8.7 on rings, 8.5 on vault, 8.0 on parallel bars and 8.2 on high bar.

Level 5, 11-plus years old

Christopher Pierkarski placed second All Around with a score of 52.4. He received 8.3 on floor, 8.5 on pommel, 8.9 on rings, 8.2 on vault, 8.4 on parallel bars and 10.1 on high bar.

Level 6, 9- and 10-year-olds

Benjamin Steele placed seventh All Around with a score of 51.5. He received 9.6 on floor, 7.8 on pommel, 8.5 on rings, 8.0 on vault, 8.0 on parallel bars and 9.6 on high bar.

Level 6, 11-plus years old

James Wallace, state champion, placed first All Around with a score of 59.9. He received 9.9 on floor exercise, 9.08 on pommel, 10.1 on rings, 9.5 on vault, 10.1 on parallel bars and 10.5 on high bar.

Level 7, 11- and 12-year-olds

Cole Marchand placed fourth All Around with a score of 58.2. He received 11.8 on floor, 9.7 on pommel, 8.5 on rings, 11.6 on vault, 8.4 on parallel bars and 8.2 on high bar.

Zachary Dancoes placed sixth All Around with a score of 53.9. He received 8.1 on floor, 8.6 on pommel, 9.0 on rings, 11.6 on vault, 7.7 on parallel bars and 8.9 on high bar.

Jacob Dorman placed eighth All Around with a score of 52.3. He received 8.4 on floor, 9.6 on pommel, 7.5 on rings, 10.7 on vault, 7.8 on parallel bars and 7.8 on high bar.

Level 7, 13-plus years old

Jacob Cleveland placed second All Around with a score of 54.1. He received 8.4 on floor, 8.7 on pommel, 8.7 on rings, 10.9 on vault, 8.3 on parallel bars and 9.1 on high bar.

Level 8, 11- and 12-year-olds

Ian Christiansen placed sixth All Around with a score of 62.2. He received 11.4 on floor, 9.5 on pommel, 10.5 on rings, 10.9 on vault, 10.8 on parallel bars and 10.8 on high bar.

Level 8, 15- to 18-year-olds

Andrew Sevigny, state champion, placed first All Around with a score of 69.3. He received 12.0 on floor, 10.7 on pommel, 11.4 on rings, 12.1 on vault, 12.1 on parallel bars and 11.0 on high bar.

Colby Routhier placed second All Around with a score of 64.7. He received 10.7 on floor, 11.0 on pommel, 11.0 on rings, 11.0 on vault, 10.6 on parallel bars and 10.4 on high bar.

Level 10, 17- and 18-year-olds

Cody Rice placed fifth All Around with a score of 66.9. He received 11.8 on floor, 9.8 on pommel, 11.5 on rings, 11.5 on vault, 11.5 on parallel bars and 10.8 on high bar.

Team awards

Level 4 team took second place. Level 5 team took fourth place. Level 7 team took fourth place. Level 8-10 team took third place.

The boys teams are coached by owner Tim Madore, Jacob PItts, Tony Cariello, Jodi Turner, Francisco Silveria, Ryan Angers and Owen Duffy. New England Gymnastics Training Center is located at 5 Tracy Lane on the Londonderry/Hudson town line.
