Gym-Ken Gymnastics girls Level 5 team took home the first-place team trophy at the Judges' Cup meet in Brentwood on Jan. 24.
With a strong showing from all 10 members, the girls topped 13 other teams from around the state. The top three scores from each event of the meet are added up to get the team score.
The Gym-Ken Level 6 team of five girls made a strong showing against much larger teams, taking home the third-place banner.
At Level 7, Gym-Ken's Amanda Forti took second place for her level. The Level 4 team had a strong showing with many of the girls earning a 31.0 to place in the state sectionals meet in February.
For Level Four, Kylee Tommasi of Salem placed fourth on beam, sixth on bars and floor, eighth on vault and fourth in the all-around with a score of 34.65.
Hannah Monahan of Windham placed third on vault, fifth on bars, sixth on beam and fifth in the all-around with a score of 33.15.
Lucy Backman of Hampstead placed seventh on vault, bars and floor, eighth on beam and eighth in the all-around with a score of 33.15.
Emily Connors of Derry placed fourth on floor, fifth on vault, ninth on bars, 11th on beam and ninth in the all-around with a score of 32.675.
Lily-Anne Heywood of Londonderry placed sixth on beam and floor, seventh on vault, eighth on bars and seventh in the all-around with a score of 32.25.
Chrissy DePamphilis of Windham, placed sixth on beam, ninth on vault, bars and floor, and 11th in the all-around with a score of 31.775.
Sydney Baldridge of Windham placed sixth on vault and bars, seventh on beam and 10th in the all-around with a score of 31.65.
Delaney Cunningham of Windham placed sixth on floor, ninth on bars and beam, 11th on vault and 12th in the all-around with a score of 31.6.
Kiana Roy of Salem placed eighth on vault, beam and floor, and 12th in the all-around with a score of 29.7.
Mary Gallo of Salem placed seventh on bars, eighth on vault, ninth on beam and 11th in the all-around with a score of 29.2.
Caitlin McLaughlin of Salem placed fifth on vault, 10th on floor, 11th on bars and 13th in the all-around with a score of 28.4.
For Level Five, Alexandra Masone of Windham took first place on vault and floor, second on beam, fourth on bars and first place in the all-around with a total score of 36.325.
Samantha Jezak of Windham took first place on bars and floor, third place on beam, fifth place on vault and first place in the all-around with a score of 36.25.
Gabriella Palermo of Salem took third place on vault, floor and bars, sixth place on beam and second in the all-around with a total score of 35.6.
Rebecca Heath of Windham took third place on floor, ninth on bars and vault, 10th on beam and eighth place in the all-around with a score of 33.9.
Ravyn Vasquez of Derry placed fifth place on floor, sixth on vault, seventh on bars and 11th in the all-around with a score of 33.575.
Tori Sipes of Windham took seventh place on beam, 10th on bars and 11th in the all-around with a score of 33.575.
Scarlett Souter of Windham took eighth place on beam and vault, 11th on floor and 12th in the all-around with a score of 33.3.
Paige Butler of Windham placed seventh on beam and earned a place at sectionals with a total score of 32.25.
Alexis Ouellette of Salem took eighth place on beam, ninth on floor and 10th on vault and earned a place at sectionals with a total score of 31.85.
Anya Comeau of Derry took eighth place on floor and 10th on vault and earned a place at sectionals with a total score of 31.75.
In Level Six action, Madison MacPhee of Salem placed second on vault and bars, third on beam and floor, and second in the all-around with a score of 34.525.
Julianna Corsetto of Derry placed second on beam, fourth on floor, seventh on vault and bars, and third in the all-around with a score of 33.45.
Leah Pacunas of Derry placed third on beam, sixth on bars and floor, eighth on vault and fifth in the all-around with a score of 32.8.
Erica Muse of Derry placed fourth on vault, seventh on floor, eighth on bars, ninth on beam and eighth in the all-around with a score of 31.7.
Lindsay Maffei of Windham placed first on bars and floor, third on vault, seventh on beam and third in the all-around with a score of 31.075.
In Level Seven, Amanda Forti of Windham placed first on floor, second on vault and beam, third on bars and second in the all-around with a total score of 35.375.
The competitive girls team is coached by head coach Ruth Licata, and assistant coaches Jen Corsetto and Amberlynn Gifford.
