Former Derry woman to run for late husband

Woman runs marathon in late husband's name


The annual Dana Ball “Love” tennis tournament is played in Derry every summer and this year is its 23rd year. It’s one of the largest tournaments in the region, started by friends and local Rotarians who wanted to something in the man’s honor.

Ott remains close to the Ball family.

“They taught me so much and their love and support is something most people only dream about,” she said. “I would just love to keep Dana’s memory alive and let the people of Derry and Londonderry know how they can donate in Dana’s memory.”
