Derry Eagles Soccer Program holding tryouts

The Derry Eagles travel soccer teams are holding tryouts during the month of June for the Fall 2009 season. The tryout schedule for the U8 through U14 teams is posted to the Derry Soccer Club Web site at www.derrysoccerclub.org. While roster spots are limited by league rules, additional teams may be formed if enough players show interest.

All players must register online prior to attending tryouts. Registration information can also be found on the Derry Soccer Club Web site. Players who are not selected for an Eagles team roster will have their registration automatically converted to the Derry Hawks soccer program.

Players hoping to be competitive at the middle school level and above will have a greater advantage if they have already been immersed in additional skills training and more competitive game situations as offered by the Eagles travel soccer program.
