Freshmen edge Exeter behind Desrosiers
Boys Lacrosse
Alex Desrosiers scored twice to help the Pinkerton freshmen to a 5-4 squeaker over Exeter. Shawn Stevenson, Josh Lewis and Max Jendrick also scored as Pinkerton improved to 6-2 on the season.

Mike Dixey sparked a strong showing from the Pinkerton JVs, who won 8-2 over Exeter. Andrew Stefanelli, Robert Field and Tom Morini also played well for the Astros, who improved to 14-0.

Lee sparks comeback
The Pinkerton freshmen scored four goals in two minutes in the second half to earn a comeback draw with Concord, 7-7. Meg Lee was the offensive sparkplug Pinkerton needed after trailing 5-2 at halftime. Erin Santuccio netted the game-tying goal.

Four Astros win at Freshman-Sophomore meet
Pinkerton lost by the slimmest of margins, 66.1-65, to Manchester Central at the Freshman-Sophomore meet despite four wins. Katy Ebner won the shot put, Sammy Graziani won the pole vault and Jordan Doherty won the 100-meter dash. Ebner and Doherty combined with Jamie Langevin and Alexis Maylor to take first in the 4x200 relay as well.
Danielle Cole, Cassie Godinez, Kristy Parhiala and Rachel Stilling all placed, as did the 4x400 and 4x800 relay teams.

Londonderry High School graduates Sean Ryan, a redshirt freshman at UNH, will suit up for the Wildcats, while brother Casey Ryan will be dressing as a Blue Devil. They are pictured above in the days they played for the Lancers. -

Derry power lifter Carol Bowden described her affinity for lifting weights as almost an obsession. At age 62, she shows no signs of putting down the barbells.
