Pinkerton is shut out

Pinkerton’s JV team fell to Concord, 4-0.

The Astro defense was solid.

Pinkerton earns shutout

The JV Lady Astros shut out Salem, 8-0.

Katelyn Kaliel pitched an excellent game. Hitting was led by freshman Jess Trickett, Abbey Doherty and Lizzy Hayward.


Young Astros even up

The freshman Lady Astros evened their record with a 14-7 victory over Portsmouth. Elizabeth Hayward went the distance, striking out three batters to pick up the victory.

Sarah Messenger hit a two-run homer in the fifth.

Right-fielder Samantha Sullivan made two nice catches and second basemen made a nice stab of a line drive in the seventh to preserve the victory.

Pinkerton drops one

The Pinkerton freshman Lady Astros fell to Exeter, 15-12. Key hits by Molly Gingras and Elizabeth Hayward helped spark a 5-run fourth. Madelyn Urizandi made two fine catches in centerfield.




Astros crush Coe-Brown

Pinkerton topped Coe-Brown, 3-0. Game scores were 25-20, 25-18, 25-11.

Justin Scott had 11 kills, 2 blocks and an assist. Zach Sanford added 6 kills and 3 blocks. Ryan Williams had 4 kills, Nate Brody had 2, and Cooper Williams, Scott Evans and Andrew Lechner each had one.

Kyle Heidler had 19 assists, 14 service points and 4 aces.

Owls fall to Pinkerton

Pinkerton’s varsity cruised over the Keene Ownls, 3-0, by scores of 25-10, 25-13, 25-21.

Justin Scott had 16 kills. Cooper Williams had 8 kills, 16 service points and 2 aces.

Kyle Heidler had 29 assists. Zach Sanford contributed 8 kills and 3 blocks. Andrew Lechner added 7 kills and German Terreo had 13 digs.

Souhegan falls to Astros

The varsity Astros defeated Souhegan, 3–0, by scores of 25-7, 25-18, 25-21.

Justin Scott had 15 kills and 14 service points. Zach Sanford had 7 kills, 4 blocks and 3 aces.

Kyle Heidler had 11 service points and 5 aces. Andrew Lechner had 6 kills and 4 blocks. Cooper Williams had 6 kills and 10 service points.

Lancers topple Astros

Londonderry beat Pinkerton, 3-2.

Pinkerton took the first 2 sets 25-18 and 25-20. But the Astros lost the final 3: 23-25, 22-25, 12-15.
