The varsity Lady astros jumped out to a quick 6–0 lead over Nashua South and controlled the game from there.

Jacquie Johnson had 2 goals and 2 assists. Kennedy Daziel had 4 goals and 4 assists. Micaela Cappozzo added 3 goals and 3 assists. Sierra Sanchez had a goal and 2 assists.

Erin Coutts had a goal. Maggie McCarthy added 4 goals and 2 assists. Amanda Szostak had a goal and an assist. Kristen Sobolewski added a goal. Ali Davis had a goal and an assist.

Sarah Lambert started the game and had 1 save; Julia Hoyt played in second half. Defense was led by Ali Davis and Chevy Collins.

JV

Pinkerton triumphs

The JV lady Astros beat Salem, 16-2. The Astros were led by Morgan Donahue (4 goals) and Nola Wesche (3 goals). Eight different goal scorers led the offensive attack.

Molly Mulrennan and Morgan Hazelton led the strong defensive charge to the Astros’ second win of the season. Jackie Tarsook had a great game in goal.

Lady astros win in OT

The JV Astros topped Bedford, 11-10, in overtime. Morgan Donahue and Korynn Lima were aggressive on attack, and Jessica McCully played a great transition game.

Kelsey Rose and Molly Mulrennan stopped Bedford on defense at all the crucial moments. Jackie Tarsook made 3 big saves in OT to lead the Astros to the win.

Jr. Lady Astros win

The JV Lady Astros topped Nashua North, 11-4.

Scoring from eight different players led the Astros to the win.

Pinkerton gets a shutout

The JV lady Astros blanked Nashua South, 13-0.

Scoring came from nine different players, including 3 from Melissa Martel and 1 from Morgan Hazelton, her first of her career.

The Astro defense did a fantastic job when tested, to keep the Panthers from scoring. As a team, the Astros did a great job of settling the ball in the second half to run through their offensive sets.
