Londonderry girls basketball coach John Fagula was named Class L coach of the year by the NHIAA after he led Londonderry to an 16-5 record and a Class L semifinal.
Lancers sophomore Nicole Heffernan and Pinkerton sophomore A.J. Guidi were the only locals to be named to the Class L second team. Another Londonderry sophomore, Callie King, was named to the all-star team along with Astros senior Brittni Wilson.
For the boys, Londonderry seniors Matt Travalini, Bobby Wunsch and Ryan Griffin were named to the all-star team, as was Pinkerton junior Beau Cassidy.
