Have you been down Park Avenue lately? Well, I think you should take a ride down. On one side of the street you see Cooper Associates for sale signs — Mark Cooper's, who's on the Planning Board now. On the other side of the street is going to be a five-development housing unit going in there and Mark will be voting on that, as a Planning Board member. Don't you think he should not be voting on that plan for going to that site walk and voting on that? Whatever happens on the opposite side of the street will affect whatever property he owns. I think that would be a conflict of interest, seeing as he's an abutter.

I've noticed a lot of homeless people wandering around the streets of Derry. They are hanging out at Hood Plaza downtown and its sort of annoying having people coming up to you asking for money and coffee and these people don't seem to have any ideas, and I would think that the police would want to register these people that are homeless so the police would know how many there are. I guess they're living in the woods, but its annoying when you're trying to do business. I'd really like to see the town step up to the plate on this and get a count, and find out who these people are; they're not even town residents. Let's see if we can square away this thing because a lot of the merchants are getting upset, and I am too. I think we should know who these people are; there seems to be a lot more of them than there used to be. Thank you.

The YMCA in Londonderry is supposed to be a social services agency serving the community. Why do they intend to be such poor neighbors? Neighbors that are abutting the property have requested that they build an 8-foot stockade fence to keep the neighbors' property from being trampled and to keep the noise levels down. One would think that the YMCA would do its best to be a good neighbor instead of treating the neighbors with such disrespect, that they refuse to even consider helping them out by putting up such a fence. What kind of neighbors are they?
