Tewksbury, MA — Pauline A. Veysey, 71, of Tewksbury, Mass., passed away on Saturday, October 26, 2013, at Brigham and Women’s Hospital in Boston, Mass. Ms. Veysey was the daughter of Lemuel Smith and his wife, Marion. She was born and educated in New Brunswick, Canada.
Pauline came to Lawrence, Mass., and worked at Malden Mills as a textile worker. She later worked at C.L.A.S.S. INC. as a receptionist and also as a personal care attendant until her retirement.
Pauline touched many people’s lives with her love and generosity. Her family was the most important part of her life. Her hobbies included knitting, word find and crossword puzzles.
Pauline is survived by her children, Sandra Casey and her partner, Daniel Casey, of Londonderry, N.H., Tina Jarbeau and her partner, Michael, of Tewksbury, Mass., and John (Jay) Veysey and his partner, Kristle Farrar, of Lawrence, Mass.; four grandchildren, Sarah N. Casey, Shyloh D. Casey, Brandon Jarbeau, and Matthew Jarbeau; and one great-grandchild, Robert Zangri, Jr. Pauline, as one of 10 children, was blessed in life by her family. She is survived by her sisters, Merrilyne Bell of New Brunswick, Canada, Donna and her husband, Robert Merritt, of Grafton, N.H., Kathleen Morales of Lawrence, Mass., Elizabeth West of Enfield, N.H., Margaret and her husband, Ghislain Daigle, of Grafton, N.H.; and her brothers, Hiram Smith and his wife, Rita, of Methuen, Mass., Lemuel Smith, Jr. of Danville, N.H., and Dean Smith of Windham, N.H.; and many nieces and nephews and friends. She was predeceased by her father and mother, her brother, Doran L. Smith, and her brother-in-law, Paulino (Pablo) Morales.
