Derry, NH — Eileen T. Bono, 88, of Derry, N.H., died July 2 in Parkland Medical Center, Derry. Mrs. Bono was born in Medford, Mass., on April 21, 1925, and was a daughter of the late Angelo and Angelina (Piccolo) Volpe. She had resided in Derry since December 2012, formerly living in Andover, Mass., for many years.
She is survived by two daughters, Kathryn Nadeau of Flagler Beach, Fla., and Marilyn Bono of San Diego, Calif.; two sons, Richard Bono and partner, Barbara Sullivan of Derry, and David Bono of San Diego; three grandchildren, Angela Lichtenstein, Joseph Bono and Nicole Bono; and also two great-grandchildren, Anthony Nadeau and Olivia Lichtenstein. She was predeceased by her husband, Ernest P. Bono, in 1977.
ARRANGEMENTS: A calling hour was held on Monday, July 8, from 1 to 2 p.m., in the Peabody Funeral Homes and Crematorium, 15 Birch St., Derry.
