John P. O'Donnell, 46

LONDONDERRY, N.H. — John P. O'Donnell, 46, of Londonderry, N.H., died Wednesday, Aug. 11, 2010 at his home, surrounded by his family, following a courageous battle with cancer.

He was born in Danvers, son of James M. O'Donnell and the late Jane F. (McCarthy) O'Donnell. John was raised in Danvers and was a graduate of St. Mary of the Annunciation School and of St. John's Preparatory School, Class of 1982. He was also a graduate of Bentley University in Waltham, Class of 1986. He became a Certified Public Accountant shortly after graduation. John resided in New Hampshire for the past 24 years, the past 16 in Londonderry. He treasured his time with his wife and two children. He enjoyed coaching and watching his children at the rec fields.

He spent many vacations in the lakes region of New Hampshire and in Florida, and loved watching his children learn and grow. John was an avid fan of Boston sports teams and had fun collecting sports cards from his youth through adulthood. He was a communicant of St. Jude Parish, Londonderry. John was fortunate to have many friends that he had the pleasure of working with over the years from Market Basket, Inc., Deloitte and Touche, Harvard Pilgrim Healthcare, Hologic, Inc., and most recently from Sycamore Networks in Chelmsford.

John is survived by his loving wife of 23 years, Linda (Consoli) O'Donnell; and his two children, Lindsay and Jordan O'Donnell, all of Londonderry. His family also includes his father and stepmother, James M. and Rita O'Donnell of Berlin, N.H.; his brother, Jim O'Donnell, his wife Maureen, and their three children, Erin, Melissa and Nicholas of North Reading; his sister, Linda Fortini and her husband Don and their two children, Justin and Lauren of Beverly; his sister, Susan Osborne and her two children, Natasha and Jillian of Danvers; his stepsisters, Laurie Bryant and her husband Edward of Berlin, N.H., Susan Plourde and her husband Roger of Hampden, Maine, and Diane Stroud of Tilton, N.H.; stepbrother, Brian Erickson of Berlin, N.H.; his father-in-law and mother-in-law, Frank and Rosemary Consoli of Danvers; and three brothers-in-law, Frank Consoli of Danvers, Ken Consoli and his wife Paula Colahan of Beverly, and Paul Consoli of Ipswich. He is also survived by his uncles, aunts and cousins.

ARRANGEMENTS: Visiting hours will be held 4 to 8 p.m. Friday, Aug. 13, 2010 in the Peabody Funeral Homes and Crematorium, 290 Mammoth Road, Londonderry. A Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated 10 a.m. Saturday in St. Jude Parish, 435 Mammoth Road, Londonderry. Interment will follow in Holy Cross Cemetery, Londonderry.     He was born in Manchester on February 23, 1925, the son of Homer L. and Gladys (Hadley) Brewer. He graduated from Manchester West High School. Upon graduation in 1943 Homer entered the U S Army; serving during World War II he earned the rank of Staff Sergeant before receiving his honorable discharge in 1946.

    Jason lived and worked in Derry. He was predeceased by his mother Margaret Brown. He is survived by his father Donald Brown and stepmother Jacqueline Brown of Chester, N.H., brother Jonathan Brown, stepsister, Jessica Replogle and stepbrothers Aaron and Joshua Sakash and his very best friend D.J. Minor of Hampstead, N.H.

    DERRY, N.H. — Edith R. Raymond, 91, of Derry, NH died Monday January 23, 2012 in the Fairview Nursing Home in Hudson, NH.
    Mrs. Raymond was born in Boston, MA on October 9, 1920, a daughter of the late Charles H. and Sylvia (Cushman) Pike. While living in MA, she had been employed by New England Art of Abington, and Bostonian Shoe Company of Whitman. After moving to Derry in 1977, she worked for Hadco and Treasure Masters of Derry, served as President of Londonderry Senior Citizens, and Nutfield Heights Association. Edith was also a long time member of Londonderry United Methodist Church.

    Mr. Biondo was born in Boston, MA on August 3, 1925, a son of the late Andrew and Angelina (Mascheri) Biondo. He was a resident of Londonderry since 2004, formerly living in Methuen, MA and Somerville, MA. Mr. Biondo was a disabled U.S. Navy veteran of WWII. He fought the Japanese in the South Pacific aboard the USS Monitor LSV5 and was in the biggest naval battle against the Japanese in Leyte Gulf in the Philippines.

    George R. Mauzy, Sr., 81, of Derry, NH died Thursday, December 29, 2011 at the Elliot Hospital, Manchester, NH.
    Mr. Mauzy was born in Marine City, MI on September 12, 1930, a son of the late Henry S. and Thelma E. (Smith) Mauzy. He was a lifelong Derry resident and a 1948 graduate of Pinkerton Academy. While at Pinkerton Academy he played on All Star and Championship football and basketball teams and was voted by his classmates to be the best school athlete and most popular student. He had worked for NH Egg Producers in Derry and for Sanders Associates of Nashua. He retired in 1989 from Kolsman Corp. in Merrimack, NH. Mr. Mauzy was also a member of St. Mark's Masonic Lodge #44 F & AM of Derry.

    She was born on February 20, 1937 in Boston, MA and was a resident of Derry for 11 years, formerly living in Methuen, MA. Ms. Lamoly was one of 15 children, six sons and nine daughters, born to the late Jacob and Abigail (Samuel) Anderson. She was employed as a crew member at Dunkin Donuts for many years. Jane loved to cook, as well as entertain family and friends. It was her goal in life to feed everyone and make sure no person or animal went hungry.

She was a member of the Order of the Eastern Star Chapter 51 in Holyoke. She enjoyed spending time with friends and playing bingo.

    DERRY, N.H. — Nancy P. Cobban, 76, died peacefully at her home in Derry, NH on Thursday, December 22, 2011, surrounded by family, following a long illness.
    She was born July 12, 1935 in Portland, Oregon to Marion Grace (Ellsworth) Pennington and Charles William Pennington. Nancy's lifelong love of language and learning led to her studies at Mount Holyoke College from which she graduated summa cum laude in May of 1957 with a degree in English Literature and Composition. In June of 1957 she married, Robert F. Cobban with whom she shared 51 wonderful years. Nancy, her husband, and their three children settled in Derry, NH in 1971. There, Nancy began her professional career in earnest.
