Laconia, NH — Norma E. Cammett, 76, of Laconia, formerly of Hudson, passed away peacefully Sunday, August 4. Norma was born in Derry March 22, 1937, the daughter of John and Hazel (Hunt) West. She was a clerical worker for Doehla Greeting Cards in Nashua as well as a typist and switchboard operator at several trucking companies. She was a graduate of Pinkerton Academy and a lifelong member of the Chester Congregational & Baptist Church. Norma enjoyed embroidery work as well as playing the organ and piano. Norma is survived by daughters, Sandra Wood of Florida and Linda Jendneak of Texas; brothers, Melvin Page of Wisconsin and Donald Page of Hudson; and several nieces, nephews and cousins. She was predeceased in 2001 by her husband, Samuel Cammett and her sister, Sylvia Falzone.
ARRANGEMENTS: At Norma's request there were no calling hours. Services were held Wednesday, August 14, at Chester Congregational & Baptist Church. She was laid to rest bedside her husband at Great Hill Cemetery.
