Londonderry, NH — Roger L. Stevens, 84, of Londonderry, NH, died Friday February 1, 2013 in the Holy Family Hospital in Methuen, MA. He was born in Exeter, ME on April 10, 1928, a son of the late Paul and Erma (Buswell) Stevens. He had been a resident of Londonderry for the past 28 years, formerly living in Exeter, NH. Mr. Stevens served with the US Air Force for 25 years, retiring as a Lt. Col. He was also employed as an electrical engineer for Hycor in Woburn, MA, retiring in 1991.
He is survived by his wife Phyllis (Dunn) Stevens of Londonderry; six children, Patricia Maccomber of Florida, Paul Stevens and wife Julie of Sanford, ME; Paula Smart and husband Kevin of Newmarket, NH, Peter Stevens and wife Lisa of Simpsonville, SC; Cynthia Walsh-Angelis of Andover, MA, and Shannon Reagan and husband Tony of Peterborough, NH; 15 grandchildren; two great grandchildren; two sisters, Esther Buck and husband Terry of Corinna, ME, and Ertelle Ingram of Florida; as well as many nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by two brothers, Neil B. Stevens and Lloyd A. Stevens.
ARRANGEMENTS: A private graveside service was held at the Holy Cross Cemetery in Londonderry.
