LONDONDERRY — The Greater Derry Track Club held its annual 5K Cross Country Race at the Mack's Apples Orchard Sunday.

A number of cross-country runners came from a number of local towns to tune up for the fall season.

The weather cooperated beautifully. One hundred twenty-eight finishers were treated to fresh-squeezed lemonade, corn chowder and hot dogs on the grill after the race.
