Fathers, daughters, head to a dance luau
On Friday, Sept. 17, the Indian Pathfinders will host a Father-Daughter Luau Dance at Matthew Thornton Elementary School in Londonderry.
This year's dance will have a luau theme. Come dressed in shorts, Hawaiian shirts and comfortable clothes. Complimentary pictures will be provided.
The dance will be from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. in school gym. It is open to all fathers with daughters between the ages of 4 and 15.

The Southern New Hampshire Parent/Child Program is an independent, nonprofit and nonsectarian organization, operating as the Pathfinders program, with members from Derry, Londonderry, Merrimack, Windham and Litchfield.

Check out Londonderry Fish and Game Club
The nonprofit Londonderry Fish and Game Club is holding its Annual Open House Saturday, Sept. 18, from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. The public is invited.
The archery range will be open with foam targets at distances up to 50 yards. There are still trout in the pond. Fishing requires appropriate New Hampshire licenses.
A strongly supervised .22 range is available for beginners and youth using the club's .22 rifles and ammunition. A loaner shotgun and ammunition are available on the shotgun range. There is a nominal charge for ammunition and clay birds.
All non-club members must sign a waiver for all members in their party to participate. Anyone under 18 must have a guardian.
