LONDONDERRY — Three Republicans — two from Bedford, one from Manchester —have a primary battle for District 4 Executive Council. Incumbent Raymond Wieczorek did not seek re-election.
Manchester Democrat Chris Pappas doesn’t have a primary challenger.

What role do you see the Executive Council playing this year? Cleaning up family courts, reviewing state contracts and leases to make sure people are getting fair prices, and reviewing state commissioner candidates to make sure they are qualified.
How can Republicans and Democrats better work together in the upcoming session? If any Democrats are elected to (Executive) council, Republicans can help them see there are more important issues than abortions funded by taxpayers.

What role do you see the Executive Council playing this year? I will make sure government employees have skills, experience and passion to do their job well, and make sure they are always thinking in terms of what is best for the state.
How can Republicans and Democrats better work together in the upcoming session? Show a level of respect for each other’s ideas and think in terms of what is best for the state of New Hampshire, not individual parties.
