Marcelle Grondin and Robbie Barker
Marcelle Grondin of Londonderry and Robbie Barker of Pembroke were married in a double ring ceremony by the Pastor David Meideros of at Londonderry Presbyterian Church on Aug. 7, 2009.
The bride is the daughter of Roger and Debbie Grondin of Londonderry. The groom is the son of Robert and Jean Barker of Pembroke.
The bride was given in marriage by her father Roger Grondin.
Matron of honor, Michelle Franks, Derry; Joceline Pittman, Greenville, S.C., sisters-of-the-bride.
Maid of honor was Ingrid Peters, Boston, Mass., friend-of-the-bride.
Bridal attendants were Casey Barker, Pembroke, sister-of-the-bride; Susan Graf, Newton, Mass.; Madori Herlihy, Plymouth, Mass.; Sasha Kysor, Derry; Samantha Monmaney, Lebanon; friends-of-the-bride.
Flower girls were Samantha and Kayla Franks, Derry and Amelia Pittman, Greenville, S.C.; nieces-of-the-bride.
Best man was Paul Barker, Syracuse, N.Y., brother-of-the-groom.
Groomsmen were George Grondin of Londonderry, brother-of-the-bride; Justin Aikins and Tyson Teplitsky of Canada; Sean Collins of Reading, Mass.; John Sullivan of Dover; Michael Woodford of Boston, Mass.; Jamie Woodword of Cary, N.C.; friends-of-the-groom.
Ring bearer was Bailey Pittman of Greenville, S.C., nephew-of-the-bride.
A reception was held at Executive Court, Manchester. The couple spent their honeymoon on Maui and Kauai, Hawaii.
The bride graduated from Londonderry High School and from Keene State College. She is employed at Cardigan Mtn School as a teacher.
The groom graduated from Lawrence Academy in Groton, Mass. and from University of New Hampshire. He is employed at Cardigan Mtn School as a teacher.
The couple make their home in Canaan.

Londonderry voters to decide future of Town Meeting
Voters will decide in March whether to break with tradition and move to ballot-style voting. If they opt for the change, it would take effect in 2012 and Town Meeting would be history in Londonderry.
