LONDONDERRY — Oh, baby, what a contest it was for the town’s smallest residents.
Fifteen babies, all dressed in their finest, paraded before judges Saturday in the annual Old Home Day contest.
Babies were judged on their smile, personality and outfit, all hoping to earn the top titles of Little Miss and Little Master Londonderry.
In the end, 11-month-old Emily Chmielorz, daughter of Melissa and William Chmielorz, was crowned Little Miss Londonderry.
The Little Master winner was Parker Bernard, 6 months, son of Barbara and Ray Bernard.
Other babies taking honors included Reid Spencer, Best Smile; Kendall Cimeno, Best Personality; and Kilie Gulotta, Best Dressed.
Judging the contest were Miss Londonderry Devenn Glickman; Chris Summers, Londonderry resident and volunteer; Jamie Conley-Gregoire, director of the Miss Londonderry program; Barbara Mullen of the Londonderry Dance Academie; and Julie Huss, Derry News.
