---- — A Hudson pharmacy technician had her professional license suspended about a week after she was fired from her job in Londonderry.
Jessica Duda, 34, admitted to her employer that she had “diverted” and sold between 100 and 150 500-milligram Hydrocodone tablets, starting in late April, according to the Attorney General’s Office.
Duda allegedly stole the controlled drugs on about 10 separate occasions, the release said, and sold them to friends for money.
She was arrested June 12 by Londonderry police and charged with felony drug possession, felony possession with intent to distribute, misdemeanor theft and possession of drugs in a motor vehicle.
Duda is scheduled to appear before the New Hampshire Board of Pharmacy July 3 for a hearing on the matter. The board will determine whether Duda’s license will remain under suspension during the ongoing investigation.
Her license suspension was effective Thursday, June 20.
