Stop and shop at Leach Library
The Friends of Leach Library begin a holiday craft sale at the library beginning Saturday, Nov. 23.
Items for sale include chocolate-covered pretzels, decorative handmade poinsettias, all-natural dog treats, good luck birdseed and handmade beaded angels.
All proceeds go to support the Friends and library missions and projects. Stop by the library’s front desk. There are also tote bags for $15 each.
Hazardous waste collection set
Londonderry hosts its fall hazardous waste collection event on Nov. 23 from 9 a.m. to noon at the Nelson Fields off Sargent Road, behind the Central Fire Station.
Items being collected include yard fertilizers, pesticides, insect spray, antifreeze, creosote, gasoline, flea powder, household cleaners, chemicals, solvents, wood strippers and much more.

Holiday fair is Saturday at LHS
Londondery High School Class of 2017 hosts a craft and vendor fair on Saturday, Nov. 23, from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. in the LHS cafeteria and lobby.
More than 40 vendors will offer greens, holiday treats, dip mixes, cookies, soaps, dog treats, jewelry and much more.
Artwork on display all month
Leach Library hosts the works of Salem artist Tina Gagnon this month. She is a member of the Greater Salem Artists Association, New Hampshire Art Association and the Nashua Area Artists.
Kids, keep your eyes on owls
Leach Library will host a program for children on Dec. 2 from 4 to 5 p.m. The topic is “Eyes on Owls” and features some live owls.
