Visitors will be able to explore the land and learn about animal habitats. Refreshments will be served.

The day has been held for more than 20 years. It is a joint effort between Londonderry’s Conservation Commission and the UNH Cooperative Extension.

Musquash Conservation area is a 900-acre wooded area owned by the town of Londonderry and managed by the Londonderry Conservation Commission. Only low-impact recreation is allowed; motorized, wheeled vehicles are banned on the 15-plus miles of trails.

To get to the conservation area from Route 102, follow Mammoth Road north, taking a left onto Pillsbury Road at the lights. Follow Pillsbury approximately one mile to High Range Road. Turn right onto High Range and follow 1.2 miles to a left turn onto Hickory Hill Drive.
