St. Jude Parish Community at 435 Mammoth Road will host a series of talks about religious freedom.

On Monday, Sept. 25, at 7 p.m., St. Jude Parish Community will host the first session, discussing church and state, Catholic responsibility, and the relationship between religious liberty and the U.S. Constitution.

Part one of the religious talk is “The Resurrection and the Church’s Mission in the Public Square.” Part two will be held on Oct. 1 at 7 p.m.

Senior citizens host holiday fair

Londonderry Senior Citizens Inc. hosts its ninth Annual Holiday Fair on Saturday, Oct. 20, from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. at the Londonderry Senior Center, 535 Mammoth Road.

The fair features a raffle table with themed baskets and a raffle for a king-size handmade quilt. Also featured will be handmade craft items and floral arrangements, and a luncheon of homemade corn chowder, chicken noodle soup, chili, hot dogs and beverages.
