Caregivers host eighth annual Potter's Bowl

DERRY — Soup’s on again for the eighth annual Potter’s Bowl event.

Community Caregivers of Greater Derry host the all-you-can-eat soup night on Feb. 1 from 5 to 8 p.m. at Promises to Keep, Route 28, Derry.

For a $35 ticket, patrons can choose a handcrafted pottery bowl created by local artisans and then can fill the bowl as much as they would like.

More than a dozen types of soup will be donated by local restaurants and businesses, along with breads and desserts. The night also includes a 50/50 raffle, a silent auction and musical entertainment.

The Red Star Twirlers will once again help serve at the event.

Auction items include artwork, jewelry, photography and other items donated by New Hampshire artisans.

Tickets are now on sale and sell out quickly. For tickets and information, call Caregivers at 432-0877 or stop by the office at 58 East Broadway in the Masonic Lodge.
