LONDONDERRY — The Town Council held its first official meeting with newly elected members following Saturday's Town Meeting. It is always the shortest council meeting of the year, lasting just under 10 minutes while the five members nominate and vote for new officers.
Paul DiMarco was nominated for chairman by outgoing chairman Mike Brown. After being elected, DiMarco nominated Sean O'Keefe for the position of vice chairman.
DiMarco has been a council member since 2008 and O'Keefe since 2009.
Although he put up a protest, Brown was then elected unanimously as Town Council clerk.
