A caller contacted Londonderry Police to report that four teenagers armed with water pistols were firing at passing vehicles from the safety of a golf cart on Pillsbury Road on Monday afternoon. The caller was advised to stay away from them.
The Londonderry Rotary Club holds its annual charity golf tournament on Sept. 10. The 18- hole scramble event will be held at Candia Woods golf course in Candia.
The event is open to players of all skill levels. Prizes and a raffle are offered.

Anyone hoping to round out the summer with the sounds of music can come to MacGregor Park tonight, Aug. 9, at 7 for the final free summer concert. As the summer winds down and students get ready to get back to the books, hundreds of incoming freshmen at Pinkerton Academy had a chance this week to enjoy the annual field day event, where they gather to meet each other, greet old friends, tour the campus and enjoy team-building games. Freshmen will attend orientation
on Aug. 27 with all students returning to class on Aug. 28.
A new business, Finders Keepers, is set to open this week at its new location at 16 Crystal Ave. The store will sell new and used items, with proceeds going to benefit Make-a-Wish New Hampshire and other local charities.
