CLM welcomes two new leaders

---- — DERRY — The Center for Life Management has welcomed two new members to the senior leadership team of the nonprofit community mental health agency.

Joining CLM as medical director is Dr. Isabel Norian, while Jennifer T. Troupe has been named vice president of human resources. The announcement was made by Vic Topo, president and Chief Executive Officer.

Norian is board certified in psychiatry and neurology, and earned her medical degree at the University of St. Eustatius, Netherlands-Antilles. She completed her psychiatric residency as chief resident at the University of Connecticut. In addition, she earned a bachelor’s degree at Harvard/Radcliffe College.

Norian most recently was a member of the medical staff and faculty at the University of Vermont/Fletcher Allen Health Care in Burlington, Vt. She has previously served on the medical staff at Danbury Hospital and Hall-Brooke Behavioral Health Services, Conn., as well as on the medical staff at Arbour Hospital, Boston.

Troupe earned a master’s of business administration at Rivier College and a bachelor’s degree in English from the University of Massachusetts, Lowell. She most recently served as director of human resources at Montserrat College of Art in Beverly.

Troupe comes to CLM with extensive experience in human resources management, having served in management positions for corporations including Corporate Express Inc., Boston Coach and Filene’s Basement Inc.

For more than 45 years, CLM has been providing comprehensive behavioral health care to the region.

Last year, CLM served nearly 6,000 adults and children through clinical and medical services, case management, functional support services, residential services, integrated care, substance abuse treatment as well as 24-hour emergency services.
