Pauline Pichette, an art teacher at Matthew Thorton Elementary School, was nominated as a 2009 New Hampshire Teacher of the Year candidate by the N.H. Department of Education. She holds a scrapbook where she has documented her students' achievements over her 27 years of teaching at the school.
