Dual Recovery meeting
DERRY — A Dual Recovery Anonymous meeting is held every Wednesday, from 12 to 1 p.m. at On the Road to Recovery, 12, Birch Street.
Sponsored by the Derry Friendship Center, this is a non-professional organization established to help men and women who experience a dual disorder, meaning chemical dependency or other additions as well as an emotional or psychiatric illness. Dual Recovery Anonymous is a 12-step, self-help program designed to support participants in a community of mutual support.
