Alexia Prokopik of Auburn, was named to the dean’s list of Emory College, the undergraduate, liberal arts college of Emory University in Atlanta, Ga., for the 2013 fall semester.

The following students have been named to Plymouth State University’s dean’s list for the fall 2013 semester: Thomas Cowan of Londonderry, Davis Dodge of Auburn, Caroline Fox of Derry, Alandra Horton of Londonderry, Maureen Maney of Londonderry, David McMahon of Londonderry, Jacob Pellerin of Derry, Ryan Raymond of Londonderry, Joshua Smith of Derry, Jacob Sprague of Londonderry, Diane Wells of Londonderry.

Jeffrey Mead of Derry was among the 2,900 students from the University of Massachusetts Boston who made the fall 2013 dean’s list.

Joshua Curto of Derry, a junior majoring in chemical engineering at Worcester Polytechnic Institute (WPI), recently completed an intense, hands-on research project in Washington, D.C. The project was titled “FDA: Evaluate Utilizing DUNS in the Drug Quality and Drug Safety Space.”

Nolan Manor of Londonderry, a junior majoring in robotics engineering at Worcester Polytechnic Institute (WPI), recently completed an intense, hands-on research project in Venice. The project was titled “Ecclesiastical Architecture of Venice: Preserving Convents, Churches, Bells and Bell Towers.”

Sean Kelly of Chester earned a doctor of philosophy in materials science and engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology in Atlanta.

Aaron Willis, a computer information technology major from Londonderry, will study abroad at Champlain College’s Campus in Dublin, Ireland during the spring 2014 semester. Willis and other students have the opportunity to receive international perspective and prepare to be global professionals.

James Parascandola of Londonderry graduated from Rochester Institute of Technology with a Bachelor of Science degree in mechanical engineering from RIT’s Kate Gleason College of Engineering in the fall of 2013.
