Good News Club is sponsored by Child Evangelism Fellowship Inc., an international, Bible-centered, nondenominational organization. The club includes a Bible lesson, creative learning activities, songs, Scripture memory and snacks.

Food presentation at library
Derry Public Library presents Edie Clark with a presentation “Baked Beans and Fried Clams: How Food Defines a Region” on March 2 at 1 p.m.
The event is sponsored by the New Hampshire Humanities Council and is free.
Clark will offer information on regional food favorites. She is an author and has written about New England for more than three decades. For information, call the library at 432-6140.
Senior potluck lunch planned
Derry Parks and Recreation hosts a senior citizen potluck luncheon on March 28 from noon to 2 p.m. at the Alexander-Carr Park lodge, 28 Pierce Ave.
The luncheon will celebrate spring and Easter. Guests are invited to bring a dish to share.
Admission is free, but is limited to those over 50 years of age. Tickets are needed to enter and are available through the Parks and Recreation office at Veterans Hall. Call for information at 432-6136.
