Derry News Santa Fund still accepting help

By Julie Huss

---- — There is still time to make difference in someone‚Äôs life as the new year begins.

The Derry News Santa Fund is still accepting donations to help those individuals and families in need as the holiday season winds down.

With more than $19,800 already donated to the Fund, many people are being helped with gifts of food, toys, clothing and other personal items.

Money collected goes to support the Derry Community Fund and Londonderry charities as well, helping those who may be struggling due to illness, unemployment, or other life circumstances that seem out of control, especially at this time of the year.

Please consider giving as 2013 starts and help bring joy and happiness to those needing it most.

Tax-deductible donations are accepted online at, on the Derry News Facebook page or can be dropped off at the news office at 46 West Broadway.

Donations can also be mailed to: Derry News Santa Fund, P.O. Box 307, Derry, NH 03038.

The Santa Fund thanks everyone that has been so generous with their contributions and goodwill.
