DERRY — Former town councilor Kevin Coyle hopes to win the District 3 Rockingham County commissioner job in the Nov. 6 election.
Coyle goes up against Democrat Bob Davidson of Nottingham.
District 3 towns include Derry, Londonderry, Auburn, Candia, Deerfield, Nottingham, Northwood, Chester and Windham.
In the September Republican primary Coyle beat out fellow Derry candidate Phyllis Katsakiores and longtime incumbent commissioner C. Donald Stritch to move on to the General Election against Davidson.
Davidson, a former state representative, ran for county commissioner several years ago and lost to Stritch.
