There was no public comment taken at last week’s meeting.
Many officials said they didn’t think the Ashleigh Drive location was the best for this type of business, but all rules and regulations were being followed.
“The applicant has met all requests and made significant changes to his plan to accommodate the town,” Planning Board member Randy Chase said.
“I think we are derelict of our duties to the people of the town of Derry,” Dimmock said. “I’m dead set against approving this in our town.”
