DERRY — The Derry Parks and Recreation Department is taking a bus trip to Boston's Wang Theatre to see The Radio City Christmas Spectacular starring The Rockettes on Saturday, Dec. 11.
The program will include classics like "Parade of the Wooden Soldiers" and "Living Nativity," as well as a magical ride through Santa's workshop where playful rag dolls come to life.
Departure will be at 9 a.m. from Hood Commons for an 11 a.m. show. The show will be followed by a trip to Faneuil Hall Marketplace for free time for shopping and lunch. This trip is suitable for the whole family.
The fee for Derry residents is $52 per person, $62 for nonresidents. Registrations is underway.
The fee includes ticket to the Radio City Christmas Spectacular, as well as a coach bus ride to and from Boston. Sign up early; tickets are limited.
