DERRY — Don’t forget to bring donations to the food pantry to the Derry Holiday Parade Saturday, Nov. 24.
When the downtown parade kicks off at 1p.m., Derry Village Rotarians will start collecting nonperishable food items and cash donations along the parade route. This is an easy way to show support for the community.
“Service Above Self” is a motto you will frequently hear describing Rotarians. This club is no different; they are active in a number of local projects that bring well-being to others.
The Derry Village Rotary meets every Tuesday from 7:15 and 8:30 a.m. at the Marion Gerrish Community Center on West Broadway.
