DERRY — Those who love fresh produce and homegrown products can get ready for the opening of the Derry Farmers Market later this month.
The third annual market opens for business June 20 from 3 to 7 p.m. at the Derry Municipal Center parking lot at 14 Manning St.
The market will run every Wednesday through the season.
The market will once again feature many local growers, business people and craftsmen selling their products and produce.
More than 20 vendors will set up shop in the parking lot, many returning from last year's market, and some new faces.
Items sold include produce, farm-raised meat, seafood, fresh flowers, chocolates and New Hampshire-made artisan products.
Market vendors for the 2012 season include: Amy's Sweet Pea Jewelry Design of NH, Bittersweet Blessings, Candia Vineyards, Clayton's Way Farm, Country Dreams Farm, Debbie D's Homemade, DJ's Pure Natural Honey, Earth Spa Organics, Folsom's Sugar House, For Crumbs Sake, Granite Ledge Coffee, J & F Farms, Jamie's Sweet Temptations, Joey Treats, Kittredge Farm, Meadow View Farm, Michelle's Totally Awesome Gourmet Popcorn, the Mill Fudge Factory, Mountain View Manna, Northwood Naturals, Elen's Candles, Precision Laser Engraving, Seafood Express Co., Sticky Fingers Chocolates, Two Sisters Garlic, Want Waffles and many more.
